Another tipis to use swisppers round sponge, soak with fresh lemon juice. Next sprinkle the sponge with heavy granulated sugar. Wet your face with warm water, and go onto your face with the treated sponge with a circular motion. Rinse well, and pat dry.
By the way, my doctor did tell me to take my Calcium, and D in the morning, and Magnesium in afternoon..

That cholesterol thing seems untrue. Your stomach is extremely acidic and would distroy it if it were ment to. The hot drink wouldn’t denature the cholesterol. But I’ve only taken an AP bio course, nothing more. Awesome if it works, but I doubt it does.

the toothpaste tip is absolutely true. the trick is to catch the blemish early enough when the bacteria hasn’t reached the surface yet.
